For the athlete who wants to explore small changes that make a big difference. Individuals with minimal training experience should start here. Get your body moving with a 10-week training program.

Use the MOVE WELL program to establish a strong foundation that will light your fire to build better.

  • Light to moderate dumbbells or kettlebells
  • Resistance bands
  • Stationary bike or Rower
  • A fierce commitment to challenging your comfort zone
  • 3 workouts per week ranging from 30 – 60 mins
  • Evidence-based education to support your strength and fitness goals
  • Aerobic conditioning and resistance training which progresses from bodyweight and dumbbell exercises to barbell movements

Build Better

For the athlete with specific strength and fitness goals ready for variety and increased intensity.

This training program progresses to include general strength and conditioning and incorporates power movements for an added challenge that will have you feeling strong and confident in the gym.

  • 4 workouts per week ranging from 45-65 mins
  • Periodized strength progressions with appropriate deloads to maximize recovery

Optimize Strength

For the athlete looking to excel in competition preparation or looking for specific strength and conditioning improvement.

This training program includes a combination of Weightlifting, powerlifting, and bodybuilding elements plus added conditioning.

  • Plate loaded barbell with (an assortment of weights)
  • Dumbbells
  • Rower or Stationary Bike
  • Resistance Bands
  • Plyo Box
  • Bench (preferably flat)
  • Squat Rack
  • Grit and focus on becoming the best version of the athlete within you
  • Evidence-based education to support your strength and fitness goals
  • 5+ workouts per week ranging from 60-75 mins.
  • Periodized strength and conditioning progressions with increased volume building phases and appropriate deloads to maximize recovery.
  • Exercise notes and video library delivered via the True Coach mobile app

FAQ

The OS online fitness programming does not include individualized coaching. However, members will receive community coaching and feedback in the group site. The community group site permits Q&As among members.

As long as membership fees are current, you are welcome to switch between tiers to suite you current needs and lifestyle. If you need assistance with deciding on a program tier, take the quiz or send an email to hello@optimizestrength.co

The general OS programs do not include specific Oly training. You will see Oly types of movement typically done with kettlebell or dumbbells. If you are interested in this, please email us at hello@optimizestrength.co to inquire about Olympic Weightlifting remote coaching.

Nutrition coaching is not included. But performance nutrition coaching is offered a separate add on service.
