I, , agree to participate as a Guest on the Strength in the Details Podcast. The podcast recording is scheduled for . This podcast recording will take place via Zoom video recording.

The above-named Guest does hereby consent to the recording and distribution of reproduction(s) of the Guest's voice and performance as part of the media program entitled “Strength in the Details: The Podcast” (herein referred to as the "Podcast"). This is to confirm that the guest has agreed to be interviewed or otherwise participate in the Podcast.

As a condition of publication/broadcast and for no monetary compensation, A.M. Health and Fitness Consulting LLC D.B.A. Optimize Strength requests the non-exclusive worldwide rights to reproduce and distribute the audio and/or video presentation, in whole or in part, in any media, as part of this Podcast published under the auspices of Optimize Strength and to license these rights to others, in perpetuity. Optimize Strength and its agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns shall have the right to edit and/or transcribe, stream, or otherwise distribute this interview session.

Guest also grants Optimize Strength the right to use their name, biographical information, likeness, handouts, or other material derived in connection with the Podcast.

The Guest warrants that publication/broadcast of this interview session will not infringe on the rights of others, and that you have full power to grant this warranty. Should your presentation/broadcast incorporate copyrighted materials of others, you warrant that you have obtained such permission from those parties for publication/broadcast by Optimize Strength, consistent with this Agreement. In the event of any breach of any of these warranties, the Guest will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Optimize Strength and its agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any such claims.

Guest waives any and all rights of content approval, and any claims for present or future compensation arising from its use in any format. Guest waives any and all claims (including, without limitation, claims based on defamation) arising out of connection with, any use of, or alteration of this interview session for the Podcast. Guest is not permitted to use any portion (edited or unedited) of the Podcast for monetary compensation.

If the foregoing terms are satisfactory, please sign and date this agreement below. Execution of this Agreement does not create or otherwise guarantee an obligation to publish your interview session or other materials.
