📣 New mamas: We need YOU!

If you…
☑️ own and wear an Apple Watch that can sync with your Health app
☑️ plan to engage in structured/intentional exercise in the next 14 days
☑️ are willing to do a short Zoom interview and virtual study visit

Then you may be eligible for this study!

All parts of this research study is virtual and require no in person study visits so we are recruiting mamas all across the U.S. 🙌🏾🥳

882 days 🗓️

That’s how long we have been trusting the process, connecting with each other, making this breastfeeding journey our unique story.

I’m sooo proud of us, Bean. So much so that I was honored to share snippets of our story with new and expectant mamas and their village. My message was of community, self-care, and believing in my intuition. ☺️ Thank you to the Seminole County Health Department for such a great Luau event.

Breastfeeding is such a special and intimate bond that I wouldn’t trade for the world. But it was certainly not easy. There were tears, uncertainty, frustration, and messiness. But there were also snuggles, giggles, smiles and so much love. 💕

You haven’t told me when our journey will be complete, so for now we will just keep on keepin’ on 🙌🏾🤷🏽‍♀️

Happy World Breastfeeding Week ✨⭐️🌟

Hey @kranzypants wanna sign up for @thepraelium, train some heavy lifts at 5am, and see what happens? So grateful we get to be on this journey together. Now let’s go to the beach and run a half marathon!

So thankful for @steakfri for a perfect warm up and hyping me up. We are sooo back!

If you are looking for a true miracle worker of a PT, I can’t recommend @premierperformpt enough. Three weeks ago I could not even put a barbell above my head without pain. So grateful, for you keeping this athlete moving. 💪🏽

My husband and kiddo are the absolute best cheering section I love you ♾️

No real game plan for @thepraelium other than to have fun and make lifts with @kranzypants

So decided to see what we had in the tank 👀
Not bad for three weeks of training with only three barbell days.

Can confirm that #momstrength is a real thing 💁🏽‍♀️

P.S. this might be my new fav tank @doclyssfitness
